- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Late 2012 I was involved in a very unfortunate car wreck that left me severely injured and needed help and guidance in settling my case. I was referred to Michael Finerty and had nothing but positive experiences while working with him. Michael and his staff were very friendly and very helpful with helping me stay updated on every piece of information I could possibly need or want whenever I wanted it. He was more than willing to take the reins but would also let me have the say when it came to personal decisions. If you are need of help they are most certainly there to help!By Brett H. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★It's been almost two years since my family and I were in a wreck involving an eighteen wheeler. I had serious injuries but fortunately my husband and son only sustained minor bumbs and bruises. Finding out the extent of my injuries, we realized that we would need someone to help guide us through the hard times ahead. My father had previously used Mr. Finerty in a social security case and highly recommended him. My family and I met with Mr. Finerty and discussed the situation. He took our case to help us figure out what we needed to do. He was more than just our attorney, he was a caring individual that took consideration in everyone's well being. He called often to check in to see how my therapy was going and if my steroid injections were helping. I ultimately had to have surgery and he kept in touch to make sure everything was going well and to make sure the rest of the family were doing great. We would have been lost in this situation had it not been for him helping us through such a hard time. His staff was very considerate with answering any questions I had or taking care of any issues that came up.
